CHRISTMAS BASH AT THE TOWN HALL
Jan and Brian Galbraith organised a terrific evening at the Town Hall on Friday. Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves...which wasn't too difficult. The food was great and the band outstanding. The occasion wasn't about anything in particular which made it all the more relaxed. Groups of friends had got together and found any excuse to come along...there was at least one birthday, an office party and a village outing. But mostly it was just an opportunity for the busy grown-ups to be off-duty and let their hair down - without a Father Christmas in sight.
We must do this again. Thanks to Jan and Brian for making it happen!
