Lovingly converted from old farm buildings set round a stunning paved courtyard with water garden and adjoining the owners' house, these five award-winning, very individual apartments offer guests the ultimate in comfort, quality and cleanliness and a chance to enjoy the high standards of craftmanship which is the hallmark of this idyllic retreat. Furniture and fittings have been built by local craftsmen in English hardwoods, much of it from the farm's own trees, and a local blacksmith has been commissioned to create imaginative ironwork to enhance many of the doors, windows and fireplaces. The courtyard with its gracious terraces, intimate herb borders and magnificent views is generously provided with seating areas where guests can relax in peace and tranquility. Electricity, central heating, linen and logs for the fire are all included. The kitchens have electric hobs and ovens, microwaves, fridge/freezers and dishwashers. Good quality crockery, cooking equipment, iron and ironing board provided. All bedrooms have 5 or 6 foot wide beds with firm matresses, wardrobes and generous storage.One apartment has a spacious shower room. The others all have luxury fitted bathrooms, with baths, overhead showers, washbasins and W.C.s. There is a colour T.V., music centre and telephone in each apartment. We look forward to welcoming guests to Badger Farm in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds countryside, where you can relax in peaceful surroundings and enjoy Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a self-contained wing of our house, or if staying for several days you may prefer a Self Catering alternative. Our visitors� accommodation, The Granary, offers home-from-home comfort for two adults, and comprises a large double bedroom with spacious en suite bathroom, a comfortable drawing room, an elegant dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen. We offer B&B for short stays, or optionally self-catering for longer periods of 3 nights or more. The Granary is a single storey extension to Badger Farm, with its own separate entrance providing privacy and seclusion, yet it still retains a family atmosphere. The double bedroom is light and spacious, with a large en suite bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, pedestal basin and WC. The drawing room is also light and airy, and here you will find a selection of books and magazines, as well as a TV, where you can relax in the evenings. Breakfast will be served to our B&B guests in the dining hall, which adjoins the drawing room and kitchen. French doors open onto the terrace of the enclosed garden, which is really sheltered and a bit of a suntrap! Guests who are staying for several days may prefer a self-catering option, as the Granary has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A connecting door leads from the kitchen to the main part of our house.
