BUS & RAIL TIMETABLES |
Lots of visitors ask about the "best" way of getting to Chippy by public transport - from London, Birmingham and Heathrow. Most locals will tell you that a train from Paddington to Kingham where the X8 bus will meet you is the quickest. Cheaper (and best from Heathrow) is an Express bus to Oxford and then the No S3 Stagecoach to Chippy. From Birmingham get to Banbury by train and then there's a regular bus service (488).
These links and timetables are constantly changing. It is much appreciated when knowledgeable travellers let us know when something is out of date!
Most of the links on this page are direct to the operators' own sites where the timetables are available as PDF downloads.
